Demo & structural prep
We remove the existing shower, assess the floor structure and drain location, and prepare the opening for the new tub footprint. Any compromised framing or substrate is replaced before we build.
Plumbing & drain relocation
Tubs and showers drain differently. We relocate or adapt the drain as needed, rough in the tub spout and valve, and confirm everything is correct before closing the walls.
Waterproofing & tile surround
The tub surround is waterproofed as a complete system — walls, corners, and transitions — before tile goes up. We treat the surround the same way we treat a shower: no shortcuts.
Tub, fixtures & finish
We set the tub, install the valve, trim, spout, and overflow, and complete the tile surround and any adjacent finish work. The bathroom is left clean and ready to use.
